Runes

Runes are the only permanent stat layer in Noob Incremental. They survive every prestige reset, scale with Enchant Tokens, and ultimately decide whether you crack the Endgame Layer leaderboards. The probability curve is intentionally weighted toward Common/Uncommon — use potions and community buffs to compress the curve.

Provides negligible flat statistical padding. Replace immediately when a higher tier drops. Never invest Enchant Tokens.
